Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days at noorlina.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

2. Our team will review and confirm within 24-48 hours.

3. Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a reliable courier and share the tracking number with us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes

- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

- For defective or wrong items sent by us, return shipping will be covered by us.
